Made an appointment no problem. The check in staff was very friendly. Waiting room was clean. The nurse that brought me back and did my vitals was very sweet. Once the provider came in the room she half listened to what I said. Said hmm several times and then told me I should have gone to the ER because she couldn't do anything for me. She said she would order some bloodwork but that if I needed more "help" I should go to the ER. The provider said that it wasn't really an urgent care clinic but a 1 minute quick stop. She wouldn't even listen my secondary issue that is causing me a lot of pain. Instead I was told she had other patients to see and she had already given me my 5 minutes. WTF

Scheduled online which was easy and convenient. Got in first thing this morning. Everyone friendly and thorough. I only waited about a minute. Appreciate the bottled water because I had to leave a urine sample. Appreciate they could run my urine right there instead of sending me somewhere else.

I don’t really like going to hospitals especially Urgent Care but I was in a situation where I had probably waited too long for someone to check me out. The first day went the Urgent care was booked. I made an appointment for the next which was very disappointing. By this time I was in more pain but the staff was friendly, results (x-ray) were quick. Thank you for taking care of me.

The visit itself was incredible. I waited almost 20 minutes to be checked in but then the wait time was minimal.  She listened to me and took my labs and I was hopeful I’d get some answers and some relief to my symptoms. My results came back and I got a message I can’t respond to with no help at all. Just that the labs are normal and if my symptoms persist to come back. Mind you I’ve had symptoms and been miserable for 2 months and coming back in is another $250. Why would I come back? They didn’t help me the first time!  I wish I could request a refund. This sucks.

Scheduling my appointment only took a few minutes. There was a couple of people ahead of me, when i got there, but didnt wait long at all. I would recommend this provider. The staff gets you in pretty fast and are very friendly.

Went in for stomach pain, back pain and eczema. Left because we were sent to the ER. It ended up being acid reflex. But still the other symptoms/ complaints were ignored. Paid almost $200 to be seen and did not get any results or prescriptions for anything. Waste of time and money. And also paid $75 to be seen at the hospital and at least came home with some medication. I would not recommend going their…

I have been sick for 5 days now. They were able to move my apt up sooner in the day. The staff and Dr were all so sweet and attentive to me and love my very busy 4 year old.

Came back from vacation with a UTI. Made an appointment for the next morning. Check in was easy on line! Short wait at clinic. Obtained Antibiotics to start with. May have to change after culture returns. Everyone was polite and cheerful and professional!! Yes I would recommend Indigo  Urgent care on 176th and Canyon!!!
