Online scheduling was easy and convenient. The friendliness of all staff interactions was such a pleasant surprise, my concerns were heard and I appreciated the care plan mapped out for me.

Accidents happen and I had a deep cut on my finger from an exacto knife. I did a walk in appointment and was seen within 10 to 15 minutes after check-in. The nurses were fantastic, super nice and easy to talk to. I ended up having my finger numbed, cleaned and glued (thankfully not stitches) which took about an hour, and I felt was actually pretty quick. But it was a good experience and I'm glad I went to indigo instead of the ER. I will continue to go here for little emergencies like this.

I came in with ear pain. I made an appointment and I was seen within 10 minutes. The doctor that treated me was very kind and helpful. I was very happy with the care that I was provided and would recommend if someone needed help.

I woke up this morning with night sweats and chill’s again.  Care was quick , thorough and caring from each staff member.  Several tests were done and ended up having inner ear infection.  Would recommend this clinic and next to Walgreens so easy to get prescription filled.

Overall I had a positive experience getting in and out of the clinic for a UTI. However the bathrooms could use some major improvements to make it easier and more sanitary to collect a urine sample. The toilets are way too close to the wall with the toilet paper and attached disposal bin being flush up against your leg. This makes it extremely difficult for a person of size to collect their sample. There also needs to be a small side table to place the urine sample cup and alcohol wipes within reach after sitting down on the toilet. Also the garbage can needs to be closer so we can dispose of the used alcohol wipes in a sanitary manner instead of having to throw the used wipes on the floor or in the sink while we finish cleaning up. Also for some of us it’s impossible to not get urine dripping all over the cup, which then drips all over the floor since there is nowhere to temporarily place it while you finish cleaning up and pulling up pants. It’s frustrating that no one thinks about these things.

Unexpectedly,and happily  my issue was solved by my provider and an assistant nurse at my first time appointment . Thank you so much for showing your care and took care of my issue. The office is very clean and organized.

I came to urgent care and paid out of pocket for my visit. During the appointment, I had to explain the nature of gout and its management to the physician assistant. The only treatment recommendation offered for my acute pain was a steroid. Based on my prior experience, steroids have not effectively relieved my pain nor addressed the underlying issue of elevated uric acid levels. When I requested temporary pain relief or alternative treatment options, the provider again suggested a steroid without discussing other therapies or a long-term management plan. The visit felt rushed and transactional, with little effort made to address prevention or provide comprehensive care. This experience left me concerned about whether the goal was to effectively manage my condition or simply provide short-term treatment that would require repeated visits.
