I work for multicare. Indigo is consistently the best experience I’ve had with the organization.

Scheduling was a breeze/easy. Check in was quick and painless. The staff were very nice. The care was magnificent.

I woke up in the morning with sore throat and body aches. I couldn’t get in until the next day but that seems to be the norm now.

Went in with an ear infection and received an exam and a prescription for antibiotic ear drops. Staff was friendly, scheduling was easy, and I didn't wait long to be seen. Thank you!

Don’t remember all their names but every woman who took care of me especially the doctor who placed my stitches was absolutely fabulous!! Could not have asked for better people! Thank you!!

Hit furniture with my toe resulting in it pointing the wrong direction. So walked in to the UP location. Waiting area was comfy, wait time was reasonable for walking in, and they wasted no time getting it xrayed. Staff and Dr were fantastic! Very resourcing and caring. They did send me to the ER with paperwork that got me seen and treated quickly. Now all my toes point forward. They are definitely my go to Urgent Care now. Thank you for your care!

I appreciated being g able to make an appointment for the next day during this busy cold and virus season.i was a little anxious that I had to wait longer than 20 minutes but the staff was friendly and assured me that it was just a little longer. The nurse and Dr were very kind, knowledgeable and showed. I Compassion and concern to my symptoms and how to help me to be healthy again. I appreciated the way my treatment options were explained!

I was having an ongoing cough and rib pain that was not abating. The staff was courteous and kind even bringing tea to me. The ARNP was very nice and offer some relief for the coughing. I would recommend this clinic.

I wasn’t sure whether to go to the ER or Urgent Care, and MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care employees were able to help me instead of sending me to the hospital. I was able to get checked in and checked out quickly while being treated with kindness, and respect in a peaceful, clean atmosphere during a very stressful time. I was cared for thoroughly, competently and completely in a timely manner, and was able to reassure my family without hours and hours of wait time like I would’ve had at the hospital.  Thank you, wonderful staff and providers who helped me!

Dr wasn’t helpful, they prescribed something I already have also said that my foot looked normal but it was obviously swollen prescribed an ice r the counter medication I didn’t need
