Before one hour being open there were people being told there was a five hour wait. Poor communication after visit. Got a phone message that made no sense. The medical people were good and caring on visit but poor communication after.

I was having flu like symptoms for a few days and decided to do a walk-in had to wait a little but they got to me right away! Best Staff and care  University Place is the best !

Very personable staff and very attentive and thorough.  Very patient in listening about my injury.

Although there was a wait, that was not due to the staff. All staff were helpful, attentive, and caring. I felt I was listened to and received quality care

The physician and her assistants were great. The facility is awful. I am a senior with a bad leg injury. The chairs and other furniture in this office may fit a certain aesthetic but they are absolutely useless and non functioning. What is wrong with Multicare decorating this way? I could not sit on these chairs and stools.,I could hardly get around in this place.

Scheduling appt was easy Wait time pretty bad but is is that time of year .. 90 min Dr Singh was excellent ! Staff was fine and held up to all the sick folks as best as possible

Great staff, professional, friendly , and courteous. Same staff I had on a prior visit, exceptional, very competent. Very pleased with the appointment. Recommend.

stupid to have a appointment and they still make you wait 3 hours or more lied that there are people who walked in thats more serious i asked who walked in that that needs fast assistance the lady at the front desk says o patients that are more serious then you and your condition have issues like stoke or heart attack lol was no such thing no one walked in with those issues also anyone that is having a stroke or a heart attack would have called 911 or head to a emergency room not a walk-in clinic 😂 also the doctor at the clinic in university was place is dumb dont know how or where he got his license from i came in for a wheezing and coughing to a point where i was having breathing issues and back pain coughing up mucus and losing my voice the doctor came in for 15sec checked my breathing and said you are good to go i said wait a minute im having back pain shouldn’t we check for pneumonia he said well not necessary i said i want a xray done to be sure he said well we can but its going to take a bit longer long story short I waited an extra 25 minutes and decided to just leave because i was not getting the proper care. I went to a different office and it turns out I do have pneumonia so beware!!!!!!! do not go to the office in university place misdiagnosed and they do not know how or what they’re doing!!!!

Was feeling horrible! Thought maybe I had Covid. Walked in and everyone was friendly and office was clean. The wait was a bit lengthy though. I’d been to another location in the past and was in and out in about 30mins. This location was around 2hrs! However, I learned the other location I previously went to, had multiple providers. This location only has one. Aside from the wait time, everything was great! Once I was called back to the room, everything was quick but thorough. I’d go back but probably call ahead if I’m not feeling up for waiting or pressed for time. Overall good experience.

Started feeling  not myself. And decided after 2 days to visit urgent care - although  there was a two hour wait beyond my scheduled noon time appointment I was able to see the doctor had a chest x-ray and medication to follow. I cannot say enough nice things about Multi Care Urgentcare on Bridgeport especially when you cannot get in to see your PCP.
