I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

Dulles South did a nice job. In and out no fuss. One observation is I had to give my insurance info again. I’ve been to other Solv clinics and you’d think this information would be able to be seen by any Solv clinic?. Otherwise good job!

My appointment was 1 hour and 10 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. I jwent to the bathroom earlier and saw a urine sample on the shelf by the toilet. I reminded the nurse at the front desk and she did nothing. Just said she would tell somebody. Went back to the bathroom a second time ( because of the long wait), the urine sample was gone. They just called my name. So basically, a 1 hour and 10 minute wait after your appointment. Give yourself more time when coming here.

Registered for appointment online and still had to wait 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. People who had no appointments were seen before me. There was no system in place how patient were seen. Saw several wait on patients go up to the receptionist asking when they will be seen and suddenly they were next one called. I walked up to the receptionist also and asked that I have been waiting for over 30 minutes after my appointment time and then I was the next one called in. What is the point of setting up an appointment if you will not be seen at that time. Submitted all the information ahead of time. Receptionist was not very friendly. Nurse and doctor who saw me were nice and friendly.
