I made an appointment online, the appointment was confirmed, i took an uber to the medical site, and i was greeted by a sign saying its closed due to low staff. Why wasn’t i informed that it was closed? Im pretty disappointed in the lack of communication and efficiency. This costed money down the drain, time wasted and overall annoyance.
