I was not feeling well and noticed a pain in my side and went to Lake Charles Urgent Care. I was greeted with a friendly smile, asked to fill out a very short form and was seen almost immediately. Everyone was very polite and professional and very eager to assist me and determine what the problem was. They administered some routine test and I was given immediate results and an explanation of my illness. They gave me prescription for medication and I was on my way. Probably spent about 45 mins to an hr. Very please versus other places that make you wait for long periods of time just to see you. Plus I did not have an appointment, I just walked in!

Just went through Covid and hurricane Laura. They originally billed the wrong insurance company and I was assured my credit was not going to be affected while they bill the right one. Just got back from hurricane Laura evacuation and in my mail when we finally received it was a was the correct amount I owe. 2 days later I get mail from a collection agency. Totally unacceptable and apparently during Covid and hurricanes they send you off to collection agency when it’s not even your problem and was told something else. Pure greed, never again will I be back
