My experience with other urgent care providers has left me with rather low expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience at Guidewell Ocoee! Every single person I interacted with (the super friendly and helpful women at the front desk, the personable paramedic who took my vitals and later brought me my discharge paperwork, the friendly and professional X-ray tech, and the knowledgeable doc) provided an enjoyable experience! This location was on the other side of town, but I plan to return when I need care and have already recommended it to friends! The team knocked it out of the park today!
