I like the kiosk check in but it said I did not have an appointment even though I did have one. I didn't have to wait long but I wasn't impressed that the providers are not allowed to order routine labs. Vaccines aren't urgent and that was my chief complaint/presenting issue today. If vaccines can be admitted, y'all can send a quest labs order for me to follow up with a doctor later. Though I do understand the complexities so it's not a huge deal. Thank you for your time.

Doctor was not able to help me at al with basic ear wax removal. Recommend I try myself and come back in and pay for more appointments. She was vague with her advice and wouldn’t even look me in the eye. I have never felt less cared for or more frustrated that I spent money in hopes of finding medial care.
