Our entire experience was great. Walked in and checked in with no problem. Taken to an exam room within fifteen minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. The Dr. was Great! Asked questions, and listened to the answers. Gave a complete exam, explained his diagnosis, ordered medications and told us he would be available all weekend if we needed him!

I used the scheduling for an appointment. I knew the appointment wasn’t going to be exact, but the appointment was literally useless. I talked to the staff about it and they agreed. It really means nothing. It is no different than a walk-in. It’s very misleading. I was angry that I had to wait an hour and a half even though I had made the appointment. I figured it would be off by a little bit, but not an hour and a half. The staff and the doctor were very nice, but the wait time was very frustrating and I’m not sure I will go back because of the misleading process.

Had an upper respiratory infection. Checked in ahead of time online and was able to complete the required paperwork before I arrived. The wait was about a half an hour, which wasn’t that bad and the waiting room was nice with a TV. The attending staff were very welcoming and kind. Dr. Campbell is a true professional with a friendly demeanor. He prescribed the right medication to address my illness. Started feeling better the same day. I highly recommend this provider.
