I came in with no appointment and only waited 5 minutes to be seen. Doc was thorough and friendly, got me checked out and assured there was no serious issue then gave me a prescription and I was on my way. After taking the medication I was much better. Thanks Liberty Urgent Care !

I walked in with a complaint of a swollen finger with no clear cause. Desk assistant was very nice as were the two nursing assistants. Took me back within 5 min of completing my information. Nurse practitioner gave me good care options to begin treatment. Everyone was kind and professional. I would return if needed

Fell this afternoon and hurt my ribs after a little bit it was hard to do simple activities. Went to liberty urgent care to get an x-ray waited for a little bit in the waiting room. When I got to the back o was taken in about 2-3 minutes to get the X-ray. After I returned from the x-ray the doctor came in a minute later and let me know there wasn’t a fracture or anything. Just pain from falling. Definitely would go back to this urgent care again!

Staff was very attentive and easy to talk to . I found it very clean and it wasn’t very crowded when I got there . I didn’t have an appointment but was still taken care of in a timely manor

Quality of care was very good by nurse practitioner.  Front desk had computer issues and accidentally processed multiple people ahead of me which had me wait almost 50 min to be seen while others went ahead.

Liberty Urgent Care has always been my favorite. Always go there specifically for the best care. Unfortunately, my last visit was "off." The PA and I didn't seem to be on the same page. She indicated that "they weren't equipped with a CT scan." Indicated I could go to ER or get a script from my Primary. Went to ER and they SAW EVERYTHING THAT THE PA SAID SHE COULDN'T SEE/FEEL. Was given the CT scan, IV with 5 medicines including a bag of fluids." Good thing I went to ER. Total waste of time ... almost wished I'd gotten my money back. I will come again as I've never had an unplesant visit until this one.

Second time using Liberty and I must say they are fantastic. Both doctors i had were very caring. Great place !
