I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a highly unprofessional and distressing experience I had at your facility while attempting to complete a required drug screening. At the start of the process, I was not informed that a minimum of two ounces of urine was required. As a result, my initial sample was deemed insufficient. I made every effort to comply by consuming five to six small bottles of water while waiting to provide another sample. After several individuals who arrived after me were taken ahead of me, I notified the front desk that I was ready to proceed. I then waited an additional 15–20 minutes and was informed they were still not ready. I advised staff that I urgently needed to use the restroom, yet I was asked to continue waiting. After another five minutes, it became physically impossible for me to wait any longer, and I was forced to cancel the appointment. Throughout this experience, I felt humiliated and disrespected. The two staff members present were condescending and unfriendly, not only toward me but also toward other individuals entering the facility. This behavior was especially troubling given the sensitive and stressful nature of drug testing procedures. Because this test was critically important for my business, I then had to contact the partner who requested the screening to arrange testing at a different location. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable to explain why I was unable to complete the test as scheduled due to circumstances beyond my control. I have never experienced treatment like this in a medical setting, and I believe this situation could have been avoided with clearer communication, better time management, and a more respectful approach from staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future patients. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Outstanding! Everyone from my phone call, to check-in, triage nurse & provider were friendly, welcoming & professional. Really love that you can schedule a specific time for an urgent care visit versus sitting for hours in a room full of sick people. Arrived a little early & was still seen right away. Best urgent care experience I have ever had. Truly wonderful staff!

I woke up sick, sick, sick with what I assumed was the flu. I went in as a a walk-in on a Saturday morning and was back home in bed with medication (after a 30 minute wait at the pharmacy next door), within 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend! Everyone was friendly, kind, and understanding.

My first time using the urgent care clinic as a walk-in. I was feeling pretty bad, turned out to be the flu with elevated fever. The receptionist was very friendly and I truly appreciate the assistance in getting set up in the system. The treatment staff was very professional and helped me feel at ease. This was a very positive experience despite how I was feeling physically.

I went in with swollen lymph nodes and pain radiating from my scalp and down the side of my face. The practitioner stood at the doorway of the triage area and diagnosed me without ever asking me questions. The diagnosis was a misdiagnosis, and I ended up in the ER the next day. Because of this negligence, I received the wrong treatment and delayed proper treatment and care for over 24 hours.
