The staff was very courteous and professional, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I went in for an ear blockage and while they were able to clear the ear that was originally bothering me, they ended up making the other ear worse. I was sent home with over-the-counter drops again for the newly blocked ear, which did not resolve the issue. I ultimately had to see an ENT, who fixed the problem in under five minutes. In hindsight, I should have gone to an ENT from the start. While the staff was kind, I cannot recommend this urgent care for ear-related issues.

Had quick on set of feeling awful. Couldn't get a timely appointment with my primary care doctor so contacted Live Urgent Care. Appointment was scheduled easily.
