Definitely impressed by this urgent care.  the staff was friendly. There was little to no wait time and most of all of the facility was clean. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I developed an infection in my finger. I was at work so a speedy appointment was necessary. Booked online. The registering person was very busy but very efficient. Was seen quickly by delightful medical staff. Finger was tended to. Prescription was sent to pharmacy. I was back to work in less than an hour.

Whole process was easy.  I got lucky and wait time was nothing.  Everyone was kind.

The Staff at live Urgent Care Burlington are amazing. They treat you well like family. My visit was a easy walk through. I would recommend this place👌

I was in the front of the line to check in. The receptionist was about to take my information, looked at her screen, then ignored me to have the previous step back up to the desk. I decided to sit down and wait. Another employee came by to use the second computer. A large white man decided to step up to the desk as if he didn't see me sit down to wait for my turn. I had to tell him myself that I was in line before him. Only then did the first employee speak up and said something. It's a damn shame that I have to do their job and direct traffic. It wasn't even that busy in the office.

I been here several times my experience is always great

Had a sore throat from throwing up over the weekend along with diarrhea.  Was able to get in the office quickly.   Check in went smoothly.  Office was not crowded. Very clean space.

“The receptionists needs to be more patient-oriented, and polite. The nurse assistant, nurse practitioner, and the doctor are excellent in every sense of the word and in their work.

First time I visited this urgent care and I was I really liked their service, they attended me super fast and the staff very friendly, I recommend it.

Woke up feeling horrible with flu like symptoms. I was able to schedule me an appointment. I didn't even wait long to be seen. The entire staff was very awesome. I would recommend to friends & family to come here.
