This was my second time to this office and it was even better than the first. There is literally no wait time because of the process through their tablet and my phone. Also there were no patients ahead of me. The staff feels more like family rather than some people just at work doing a job. They are friendly, thoughtful, polite and genuinely concerned with your overall he’s and wellbeing even beyond just the reason for the visit

Came in for a sinus infection. Imari was amazing at the front desk, and helping assist the doctor. Dr.Schramm who took care of me was fantastic , straight to the point and very kind. Will definitely recommend this urgent care as the best in the area!

I’ve been sick for last 2 days and last thing I want is to go outside in the freezing cold into a dr visit. I feel unbelievably rude walking in 10 minutes before close (unbeknownst to me at the time) and the two women who helped me tonight were SO kind. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. I am so thankful to them tonight but when I left is when I learned they have been closed for 45 minutes at this point waiting with me for my test results to come in. Just amazing ladies and will certainly be back. Well before close, may I add.
