Do not go here I repeat do not go here..I had a appointment set woth this office..I went to this office in needing of seeing a Doctor..I filled out my paperwork as a New Patient. Gave my insurance everything was ok..The receptionist asked what brought me in today and I advised her of what was wrong..I had visited the ER the day prior and wasn't helped at all left from the ER because they told me nothing was wrong and I had to vist a pcp hence the reason I was making the appointment..I was told by the receptionist that since I had been to the ER I needed to have discharge papers or I could not be seen. I explained that I didn't have the actual discharge papers because I was not properly discharged and that they could pull up MY CHART(which actually has the discharge papers on there) I asked the receptionist as a New pt had I not mentioned that I had been to the ER they would have just seen me as a new pt for a check up..and she answered yes..so the refused to see me for not having an actual paper with no other reason..Just a heads up I was in so much pain and discomfort and was turned away..not because I didn't have insurance or not because I didn't make an appointment but because I volunteered information they wouldn't see me because i didn't have actual paper..sad I was hurt never had this happen b4 and couldn't believe that a Doctor who was being lazy did this it's unethical and she shouldn't be licensed.

I've been here twice now for my children and loved the doctor so much. Everyone was great here. Thank you again Medex Quick Care for always being outstanding!

Helpful and friendly staff

The customer service from the moment I walked in to the time I left was excellent. The care and personal attention they gave made a painful time much easier to endure. The medical assistant made me laugh and feel comfortable. The Doctor was very nice and thorough.I highly recommend!

I made a last minute appointment today, an by "last minute" I mean I was able to get a 3pm appointment, a little after 2pm. So things started out well and surprise, surprise, they continued to go well. I needed to be seen because I got myself into some poison ivy and after spending over $90 on over the counter remedies, the rash was just getting worse and I was MISERABLE! I went in, got a shot and and itch free for the first time in days. Yay!!! And thanks MedEX!!!

My experience with the staff was a good. My only disappointment was they sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy. I was asked twice by the nurse who checked me in "what pharmacy I used?" I told her twice, Walgreens. Once I was seem by the Nurse Practioner, who prescribed two prescriptions, she asked me "what pharmacy I used?" I said Walgreens. Each of them asked for the address of the Walgreens and I provided it. When I went to pick up my medicine, it was at CVS and not Walgreens. I did not like this, it was an inconvenience .

I needed a COVID test and the staff reacted with politeness and efficiency. I was treated like a patient and not the disease. I was given written instructions as well. Billing and paperwork was handled efficiently as well. My follow-up COVID test was efficient as well. I had fallen during COVID and required wound care on my head. The medical attendant was very competent and encouraging. I felt I got very excellent care!
