I want to thank Matthew Justus and the staff at this clinic for helping me during my time of need. I arrived shortly before closing time with a full body itchy rash, an allergic reaction to a insect sting. Mr. Justus was was kind, competent and caring as he and the staff administered medicines and waited to see that they were working effectively. I even received a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure I was still doing okay. Thank you.

If you want to be treated badly, when calling for information, this is the right place. When you have to deal with patients/customers the first thing is how to be courteous.

First let me start of by saying calling to get registered is ridiculous, especially with a long line of people. Line keeps being busy to register because there is a lot of people here this morning so why not make if where you can wait in line on the call ? It’s New years and they knew it would be busy, preparing should have been considered. Management needs to find a quicker, and better way go get customers registered quickly. I most likely will never return and will stick to Emergi-care on Neff ave.

Don’t be in a hurry. Sat for over an hour and told another hour till I would get in. Made wife sit in car, staff really didn’t seem how much pain you were in, but responded quickly when chick-f- la delivered there lunch.

The front desk ladies made an awful first impression - unprofessional and rude. The waiting room was FULL of people and one lady was texting on her cell phone and eating, chewing loudly with her mouth open in front of a waiting room of patients. I was there for almost four hours and watched people who arrived after me be taken back before me. I was very ill with the flu and made that evident to the staff with tears in my eyes. They rolled their eyes and acted as if I was lying. This was days ago and my blood is still boiling. I am in the medical field and this place needs to take a class on ethics and professionalism is all I have to say. Will NEVER return.

I would not even give 1 star - would give negative if I could. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me to take Nyquil and eat cough drops. I was traveling had a flight in a couple days back out and did not want the entire trip to be miserable, but Tammy, the Nurse Practioner (ie - not a Doctor) could only offer up "Welcome to the Shenandoah Valley - this stuff has just been going around". Amazing.

Terrible service. Waited almost three hours to be seen and once I was seen, I was in the room for 10 minutes. They didn’t run any tests, even though a I had every symptom of strep throat and the flu. Even thought I might have mono due to extreme body aches. They looked in my ears for a split moment and then told me I have a common cold. That’s it. It’s been a week and a half since my visit and I have been worsening everyday. Will not go back and would not recommend.
