The wait time to get swabbed for COVID, flu, strep etc. was ridiculous! I was there 3 hours. They need to come up with a better system than they have. They opened at 8 and by 11 they were already 2 1/2 hours behind schedule!!

I had a scheduled appointment but wait time was much longer than expected. I saw the nurse practitioner (Sherry Eubank) at the Danville, Va location , she was absolutely awful! No bedside manner and debated anything I suggested in regard to my care. I would never want to see her again. Otherwise staff were very kind and helpful!

Facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Only issue is the extensive wait time. Its not very clear online that the time youre booking isnt an appointment, and just a time holder. I wish the time holder would be more accurate. I do understand they were only working with one doctor on staff though.

My daughter has been ill with a sore throat. We arrived at 12:38 pm. We were finally seen by the only provider (Nurse Practitioner) at 3:50 pm. Once placed in the room by a nurse no one came to check on us or give us updates. I finally had to go out to desk to ask when we might be seen and the reply was”Only one doctor”. Unacceptable and will not be going back. I was hoping Bon Secours would do a better job. Very disappointed. If you did not have enough doctors and staff hired you should have held off on the reopening.

It's really sad that a business, regardless of type, post hours & completely ignores them. This facility has a close time of 8pm. My wife had an injury earlier in the day that warranted a visit. Thirty min home to pick her up, another 30 there, arriving at 7:30. All to be told that they don't have any more available slots to be seen. There was only one patient in lobby, plus whatever number was in a room. After busting my ass to get her their in a timely manner (30min before officiall close time), I'm a bit pissed. If you have a close time, that should mean you take patients up to that point, not your go-home time. They should state a close time of 6-7 if their going to play that game. We decided to go to Gretna hospital after burning an hour of time & fuel to get her proper timely care.
