Booking was really easy. It didn’t take long to fill out the paperwork. Everyone was super nice and I was seen in less than 10 minutes of being in the room. This was the fastest service I’ve ever received from any doctor’s office.

From check-in to being released, it took over three hours. Most of the time was spent sitting in the lobby and alone in the exam room. I did get the X-ray for my knee that I came for. I did not receive any information from the X-ray nor did I get to see it. I was just sent back to the exam room after the X-ray to sign a form saying I wasn’t pregnant which I was supposed to sign before the X-ray and finally was told I was “good to go” after sitting alone again for over and hour.

Was not feeling well had some symptoms that made me feel like I might have an infection, but was not sure, and I did not want to put my co-worker at risk. So I was a walk-in patient. The check-in was fast, and the staff was good at helping make sure I did the paperwork right. The care was great and the Doctor was very sincere in trying to give me the best care possible. Within about 5 mins after conducting the test the doctor was able to give me the results. The staff also took care to match you to your preferred pharmacy.

I asked for some lab work to be done and expected to be met with pushback. Instead, I was treated so kindly and respectfully. I really appreciate everyone taking my concerns seriously when no one else had. This teams' encouragement and kindness made my week! Highly recommend this clinic.
