First and foremost, the front desk receptionist woman with black hair and a heart tattoo on her chest is absolutely RUDE. She's not helpful or polite at all. She caught an attitude as soon as I walked in. She didn't even ask "how can I help you" or anything... I walked up and she went "yeah?" YEAH???

The lady at the front desk was friendly, however, when the staff heard about what we were asking for (which was a cardiogram) they came out and ARGUED with us about performing it as they didn't know how to read the machine. I don't know about you but I learned how to read a fucking cardiogram in health class back in high-school. The actual medical staff is a bunch of hospital rejects who couldn't get an actual job in healthcare. Very unprofessional atmosphere and I will never go back there again.

The receptionists did their job quickly and efficiently. However the level of unprofessionalism of the medical staff was just unreal. To hear them right outside the door, talking about your condition and cracking jokes about it for everyone else to hear is just uncalled for in my opinion. I won't be returning here.
