I cannot say enough about my incredibly positive experience at Med Express on 202 yesterday! I have received care here on 3 or 4 other occasions and have been pleased, but yesterday's visit topped the charts! I originally stopped in at around 4:00 and there was an hour wait, so I drove to another facility where my experience was so bad, I walked out prior to being seen by a provider. Back to Med Express at about 6:00pm with bad back pain and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving.The nurse checking me in,Jen, was familiar,and as kind and friendly as I had remembered!T he PA ,Lauren, was extremely friendly, confident, efficient, and caring. I was able to get x-rays of my back on site and Lauren came back to let me know that my back looked pretty good, but that there was another issue they saw that I would have never known about had she not shared this with me. The x-ray technician, Urfan?, was so lovely and patient, consistently asking me if I was doing okay. I received treatment and was given my x-rays on disc to take with me. Only 30 minutes after I left, I received a follow-up call from Lauren to share the radiologist's findings. I missed her call, but as soon as the facility opened the next morning, I got another call to follow-up. Wow!! Unheard of! Just 30 minutes later, the attending physician, who was signing off on my chart, called me personally to discuss a possible medication interaction he felt should be brought to my attention. I almost couldn't believe this close attention to my care. I had a wonderful PCP before she retired, and I didn't even get this from her office. I am so grateful to these individuals who went above and beyond. Outstanding work, Med Express 202!!

Not a good experience. Daughter got hurt during college hockey game. Visit is covered by schools insurance. Additionally we have health insurance. However they refused to accept either insurance because she didn’t have state identification. College identification card was not okay. I was told this is a Med Express policy. This was not posted anywhere for me to see. Left me with options to pay and seek reimbursement or leave. My daughter was in pain so I had to put payment out of pocket. Doctor saw her quickly. Daughter says he was a good guy. Helped her maneuver given limits related her crutches. So generally medical care was okay. Payment policies were silly.

Always a bad experience at this place! I had been experiencing COVID-like symptoms for 24 hours. I went to the Med-Express to get a simple rapid COVID test. I called before I left to see what the procedure was. They told me to call when I got there. I called the first time and the receptionist acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up. The second time I called she immediately asked if I had chest pains or shortness of breath. I said yes to both of those figuring they would then evaluate me and give me a COVID test. Instead she tells me it’s an emergency situation and that I need to come in so she can call 911. The receptionist was VERY RUDE and was not compassionate at all. I ended up hanging up and leaving. I came to the facility just for a test not because I wanted to go to the hospital. If I wanted to go to the hospital I would’ve called 911 myself. Honestly, I would never come back to this place. Gone here multiple times and have not had good service!

SKIP THE TRIP! Go to the ER! This place is a bunch of BS! I waited for Almost 3 hours outside throwing up for hours. I got it & the doctor touched my stomach for all of 2 seconds & gave me a nausea prescription. While waiting to my discharged i fell asleep on their hard floor. No one did anything to help me other than watch me walk to my car. $139 gone & im in the ER less than 12 hours later. Don’t waste your time or $$.

When I went the first time the older lady was nice and showed that she cared. Sorry to say I didn’t feel that way today when I came into there office. There is black women at the desk who acted with a non caring attitude. Made me feel less then cause I didn’t know that they didn’t take regular insurance. Or because I didn’t really know how it works. Never again. So unprofessional, she didn’t show any care in the world. I guess she is a robot.

DO NOT GO HERE. Literally the worst experience I have ever had at any healthcare facility. The staff was so rude that I simply had to walk out.
