MEDICI, Urgent Care

Was dealing with pain and a reaction to a medication. Tried to get in with my primary care but no available appointments. So I called and was able to be seen same day here at Medici. The staff here are very professional and knowledgeable as well as kind. It feels like you’re in a spa , which to me is sort of like medicine in itself to be in such a calming atmosphere surrounded by beautiful art and live plants with nice music playing in the background. Dr. Mboh was very patient and listened to my concerns, he came up with a plan and I was able to relax during my treatment. There should be more places like this for our healthcare needs. I’m happy to have found this clinic and the amazing staff. Thank you Dr. Mboh , Cat and Emily.

Excellent, I didn’t wait for very long, and I wasn’t kept for very long. It was a very straightforward visit where I was given the care I needed. The check-in process online also made the process much smoother.

I ended up here because the usual urgent care I go to was booked up for the day and this will be my first call next time because the experience was so incredible. I had a suspected sinus infection so I went in for that, but I have also been struggling with anxiety and the care was so different and refreshing from what I’d come to expect from an urgent care experience. When the doctor came in, I couldn’t stop crying, which was so embarrassing and atypical for me, but the doctor was so patient and understanding, sat and talked with me, held my hand, put a cold compress on while we talked, and offered me some time in the sauna to decompress (plus of course my prescription for an antibiotic for my sinus infection). I came out for the first time that day not feeling like I was going to cry at the drop of a hat. It really turned my day around and I never would have gotten anything like that kind of care at a traditional urgent care. I will go here every time and sing their praises to everyone I know.

Super easy to (re)schedule appointments, decent wait time, check-in was straightforward, and the staff were exceptional when helping me with my asthma and ensuring I was feeling better. I 100% recommended coming here.

It's a bit pretentious in there. I got maybe two minutes of face time with the doctor (who made sure to park his Maserati right by the front door) and got charged 100 bucks for the honor. They were all nice enough, but I would have probably had a more satisfying experience going to the clinic in Kroger.

Reception staff and medical asst were very nice. I felt the doctor was condescending and pushed my concerns under the rug instead of being truly instructive and supportive. There was another way to go about that appt starting with a place of empathy instead of the rude response I got. He could have delivered the same message - not asking for a different message - with a much better bedside manner. Honestly really surprised from such a holistic doctor as this was an opportunity to provide that exact sort of advice.

Very clean and the lady that helped me before the NP was fantastic! The NP literally rushed me out. When I told her my toe was hurting she said it looks just like my other toe when it didn’t. I felt like my pain was minimized and she ran out of my visit as if there were people waiting….when I also asked about my digestive issues the NP didn’t even have the respect to hear me out and understand my issues and just told her nurse (?) we’ll refer you. Doesn’t this office offer wellness? At least have the respect to hear me and see me. I didn’t feel seen and I wonder if my skin color had something to do with it….so sad 2/10 (only because the lady at the desk was so kind to me and took her time with me)
