The staff are very friendly and efficient! I was in and out in less than 15 min.

Very friendly staff- knowledgeable NP. They seemed to listen and consider my daughters history too. Making on-line appointment was very nice too. Very clean looking facility. Much more organized than Next Level.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were very kind and helpful. I used to go to the CVS minute clinic for immediate care, but I will come back to this location instead. I was seen right away and felt like the nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and responded thoughtfully.

After writing this, I see it's a long review. But it's well-deserved. I hope you find it helpful. I needed to have a COVID test in preparation for an upcoming surgery and fortunately, I was permitted to have the test done here. I say fortunately because I had another one here a few months ago and like that one, today's test was as comfortable as any COVID test could possibly be! Yes. I'm highly qualified to evaluate the comfort/discomfort of COVID tests because today's was the 18th COVID test I've had. I want to thank and recognize Patty who greeted me and and answered my questions, Haider who performed my test, and Balie who provided additional information to me. If I wanted to own an urgent care center, I would do everything possible to recruit these three pros to operate it. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Memorial Hermann Urgent Care at Telfair. And I have no doubt you'll be treated with the same courtesy, professionalism, and kindness I received. John Hobbs

A long wait for the doctor. Was ready to walk out.

I’m still waiting to see the Doctor. I had a 12:15 appointment and it is 1:25 pm. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if you don’t honor the time commitment?
