I was a walk in no scheduling involved but in and out 45 minutes. You're staff very accommodating and helpful for old non computer literate people.

Quite a lengthy check-in process. Very friendly, helpful, respectful staff.

Was able to get right in! Staff was warm and friendly! Kiosk registration took some time.

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had. Very easy to schedule and it was nice I could upload everything online beforehand. The facility was very clean and everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and very helpful!

I went in because I've been sick for over a week. I gave my chief complaints and the provider listened to my lungs. I told her my ears hurt and as she was picking up the scope to check my ears (so never had them checked) a nurse knocked on the door and let her know she was needed for an emergency in another room. I was completely understanding of this situation. About 20 to 30 mins after she left my room she opened the door, peeked in and said your swabs (done prior to her ever coming into the room) came back negative so you have a virus. She never checked my ears or throat. I was totally dismissed and prescribed an inhaler and tessalon perles. I feel like I was failed and in the event I need an urgent care again I will probably go somewhere else.

Booked an appointment online which was easy and convenient since my pcp wasn’t able to see me till next week! The staff was friendly and nice! The office was nice and clean! I would recommend them as an option if you can’t get into your pcp or don’t have one!

What an amazing staff.   Everyone was kind and helpful and very sweet.   Easy check in.  Very thorough.  Even helped me find a new PCP!   Highly recommend.

Only thing I can say. Everthing is electronic and no paperwork to fill out if you have no phone.

I didn’t book an appointment. I called to see if they had an x-ray and technician and they said they did and so I drove right over as the only one in there they took me right away. They were very pleasant and I would recommend them. In fact I did I told a few people how satisfied I was.

Sore throat and ear. Made appointment. Got seen and on our way in 1 hour
