Went to get checked for possible eye infection/eye scratch. The staff was very friendly and the check in was easy. That is the end of the positives. The staff let a man bring his daschund into the waiting room. It sniffed everyone and had a very foul odor. He told the staff if it pooped or peed on the floor he would clean it up. He stated that it was an emotional support animal but when asked to produce his paperwork it was incomplete and expired but they let him keep the dog in the waiting area anyway. This was very frustrating due to the unpleasant odor and potential for contamination. When the provider came in to examine me, she proceeded to come near my eye without gloves on. I asked her to put them on and her response was "I probably should especially if you have pink eye so I don't get it". She then pulled down my eyelid and said she thought it was just allergies. She did not do any further examination i.e. shine the light in my eye to make sure it was not scratched. Honestly, I wasn't even sure she had medical credentials based on this and the fact she did not have any identification indicating she was a medical professional. Needless to say, this experience was more like a bad SNL skit than a real life medical response. I will not be coming back or choosing to bring my family back to this location if further needs for urgent care arise.

Do not recommend at all.  First I had to check myself in while being sick via terminal and my phone.  Not a fun thing to do when you’re sick.  I was asked if I wanted a Covid and or flu test which I said yes and never received. The PA spent exactly 2 minutes with me and wrote me a script for antiviral med without confirming if I had the flu or something else.  The medical care was below standard exam and care.  Will never go back.

My visit to your urgent care was a joke! Will never return! The healthcare system in this country is broken! Good luck!

Had an allergic reaction and my face was swollen. Got right in and the staff was great

A little time consuming getting into the office to be seen, however the attending physician was very alert and prescribed me just what I needed.

My nurse was phenomenal! I didn’t catch her name but she explained everything she was doing and was very happy about doing her job!

Booked apt online.  Minimal wait time.  Staff was very friendly, diagnosis was quick and efficient.  The prescription was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy.  Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Came in for a finger cut, it was cauterized still oozing after 24 hours , painful to even barely touch. Called back and was told to go to ER . I paid my copay and didn't receive adequate care and now I'm going to have to spend even more money to correct your doctor's inability to provide adequate service. Wish. Could attach picture!!!
