Everyone was professional and the visit was quick and easy.

I was seen quickly, listened to and given great medical care and advice. The medical provider was very caring and knowledgeable.

I was able to book right away and this was my first visit here.  Place looks really nice.  The staff were awesome and took care of me .  I would recommend that place to all my friends and family

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.. did not have to wait at all was right back in the room after checking in. The assistant was very good in the doctor, very friendly and. explained an answered all my questions very well. I will definitely recommend this office.

Doctor wouldn’t do any test on me. Just prescribed me medicine anyway. I’m used to getting flu , Covid and strep test. I do hope this medicine helps.

I chose Mercy Urgent Care because online stated X-ray capabilities yet when I arrived physician assistant stated they didn’t have a X-ray tech scheduled for the day. Nobody even laid a hand on me for the exam. Everyone was nice but disappointed with care

From the time of my arrival until I left I was treated with respect and in a very professional manner. Everyone was friendly.  Dr listened, performed exam, researched a couple of items while I was there and treated my concern.

Had a persistent pain around chest wall.   A hacky cough and a mild radiating pain across the sternum and under the edge of my rib  cage when I coughed or sneezed.       Knew it wasn’t a heart attack or stroke but wanted to get it checked out.    The nurse practitioner confirmed my suspicion that it was probably a mild case of pleurisy.    I received a prescription and had it filled within a half hour at my pharmacy.   Took first dosage yesterday and by evening I could tell there was a difference.   Second dose this morning and discovered a nice side effect:  my right hip has given me issues for over a year.   Lack of stretching.    The stiffness was greatly reduced.     Staff was polite.  Through.  Facility was clean and bright and appeared to have the highest level of medical equipment.    All in all it was a quick efficient visit.    Definitely will go back for other issues when needed.    Thanks for being there!

I woke up with a UTI and was able to be seen promptly. The staff were very friendly and caring.

Loved our PA she is very sweet and friendly and made a lot of sense and was able to answer everything I asked
