I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience. The PA I saw had very poor bedside manner and came across as dismissive and rude. Despite my concerns and symptoms, I did not feel listened to or taken seriously. My issue was not fully evaluated, nothing was drained, and I had to specifically request a different antibiotic just to be heard. Patients deserve providers who are compassionate, attentive, and willing to listen. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.

I was feeling pretty awful this morning, and had a nasty cough. I walked in to schedule an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes. Carinne and Sierra were very friendly and provided me with great care.

Walked right in and was seen immediately. Entire visit from start to end took less than an hour. They sent the medication I needed immediately to the pharmacy and began treatment the same day as the visit.
