They took care of my issue promptly and are very nice. I didn't have to wait long.

The staff were amazing. They were extremely kind, supportive, and helpful.

I was a walk in so cannot speak to scheduling. I did not have really any wait time. The care I received was outstanding! My issue was diagnosed and treatment prescribed in a very professional and caring manner. I have already mentioned this clinic to several friends and family members!

Scheduled an appointment easily online. Stated in appointment it was for an xray. Checked in, stated again was there for an xray. Waited an hour before going back. Then told they dont have an xray machine at that location all the time. It is shared. Was told to go to emergency at Mercy Mason. So paid to be seen there for no reason to turn around and pay again at the emergency room to be seen. Even though we were told they wouldnt charge us. They should have really communicated they didnt have one there instead of us wasting an hour and a half before leaving to go to emergency. Very disappointing.

Was having coughing attacks and some wheezing . I went and I considered they treated  me first rate.  Nurse practitioner was very thorough was concerned on some of the cost of the medicine she was prescribing which I thought was very thoughtful.

Injury to ankle. A walk in visit. Quick and efficient and excellent care. Sent to hospital for xrays. Excellent follow up as well.

I was feeling really terrible and the staff was so caring and professional. They listened to me and were very respectful and responsive to my needs. I would totally go back to this urgent care and recommend it to anyone in need.

Phone kept being transferred to answering center but no one picked up. Wanted to know if x-ray was available.  Turned up and no xray technician. Staff were good and was not busy so we were seen quickly.  Care was good and enough time spent to give good guidance and service.

From out of area visiting.  Went online, scheduled a visit which was easy and saved time when checking in.  Staff was very welcoming, cordial and caring.  Physician was thorough and asked the right questions in reviewing what brought me in and how I was feeling.  Total time after check in was 20 minutes.  A day later I’m starting to feel better and on the way to better health.
