Fast, friendly very helpful. My check in was very easy. Wait time was fast. Bedside manner was great. I would recommend to others.

Went to another Urgent Care and there was a 1 to 2 hr. wait.  So happy to get in right away at this Urgent care.  The dr. was very good and I’m sure I will be feeling better soon!!

My knee hurt for a week now. Got right in and diagnosed. Highly recommend.

Cut the end of my finger while peeling potatoes and it wouldn’t stop bleeding.  I was able to get in for an appointment very quickly. I was seen by the nurse practitioner right away. She was very knowledgeable, great bedside manner and took care of my problem in a very short amount of time. I’d definitely come here again.

Walk-in appt, quick to be seen. Staff was friendly when they talked with me. I liked both the nurse beforehand and the doctor I saw - they were kind, funny, and informative. This place is fine, but I was really shocked at the state of the walls, rooms, and building itself. It's dated, ugly, and falling apart. It doesn't feel comfortable to be in a room with no decor, a ton of wall scrapes, and flaking paint. One chair. Empty. Creepy. Very surprised because Mercyhealth Lambertville is completely updated.

The team did a great job helping from start to finish. I will definitely use them for my & my families future needs :)

I do not like how I have to register myself on a kiosk and then do the rest on my phone. I feel that the staff should be able to do this for me when I arrive. I already do not feel well and then I struggle to register online and the program was not working

Did not schedule  Check in was rough, arrived no one greeted us, no other patients in lobby, no one called us to the window so we waited. Person at window seemed very disinterested and was not helpful. On the positive side the DR and person who took vitals were WONDERFUL. Kind, professional, explained everything, suggested we could call them the next day if we had questions or needed additional in services.
