The doctor lacks bedside manner and listening to patients. Even explaining that my body has issues fighting infection due to immune issues, I barely got the care I actually needed and as a result will be trying other urgent cares in my area moving forward.  The staff was wonderful and kind.

Everyone was super nice and helpful.  But when you’re not feeling good last thing you want to do is fill out stuff I do realize you have to.  The nurse was very nice and Robyn was awesome very informative and just talking to her made me feel better.  Would love to see her as my physician.

The nurse practices only proscribed meds for one of my alements. I can in with a strep throat and in infection in my mouth and I wasn’t proscribed anything for the infection

I was able to walk-in with no issues, wait time was me filling out the paperwork. Very easy, very kind staff. Jill went to double check a nasal spray for me to ensure quality care. Very consistent and was in and out in about 30 mins or so. Jill at the desk was very warm and sweet. Along with Ashley who made me laugh and listened to me. Everyone was very kind. Definitely a great staff there and beautiful women. Thank you all!
