The gentleman at check in was very sweet and made me feel cared for. He knew I was in pain and went out of his way to assist in the check in process. The nurses and nurse practitioner did a great job with the assessment, x ray and stitching up the wound in my foot. I was well taken care of and I appreciated the service the staff members provided.

Everyone at the Mercy Urgent Care on Patton was so friendly and quick! They made it very comfortable for me and I will always come back here for any health related issues!

Sisters of Mercy have been important in our community for a hundred years, and the quality care they provided at the very beginning continues to day in their urgent care facility.

The staff and doctors were amazing and helpful. They took the time to figure out some insurance problems I had and were very patient. The doctor was kind and answered all my questions and concerns.

I was able to come in and get my hand looked at with no problem. They were quick, efficient and kind. Appreciate the staff.

Went to urgent care with chronic cough and green mucus. The result of this visit was no definitive diagnosis, comprehensive care plan, was told everything was okay. Still feeling ill. I went to another healthcare facility. Diagnosis was pneumonia, and I received a comprehensive antibiotic and prednisone care plan. I'm glad I went to the second one because at my age I would be in very bad health right now

Everything fine - drs nurses great n very nice - waiting outside in cold until after 11 am was difficult that’s the only thing
