Care persons were great as were the front desk people. I had a very bad cough, conjunctivitis and a sinus infection. The eye medicine worked.  The sinus medicine did not. Went back. Was told I was given wrong medicine for the sinus infection. Got an xray and apparently have bronchitis. Was given new medicine - had to stop one because of side effects.

When I woke up this morning I had tightness in my chest. I had had a slight sore throat the day before but that was gone and had gotten tightness in my chest. I looked online and easily scheduled an appointment and they were very fast to see me when I got there and the doctor was very attentive to me.

Though the wait time was expected and anticipated, the good care I received was worth every second. I would definitely return if the need should arise.

All staff were kind, considerate, and compassionate. They did not dismiss my issue or just send me to the ER. They took the time to listen and reassure me. The exam was very thorough and medication was prescribed. In and out in a little over an hour.

Appreciated the direction to take in further diagnosis and treatment at the appointment.

I waited an hour and half after booking an appt the day before when I couldn't get in at all. Staff was less than communicative. Provider was awesome I hope she stays with you despite the support staff.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly however the wait time was like two hours. I understand short staffing at the moment. The staff were very nice too. But they should cut off the appointment button online if too many people have scheduled. I had to pay almost $100 to just sit there and then they didn’t have the ability to test me on what I needed done apparently. Waste of money and time in my opinion.

I had trouble with the online scheduling because after filling out everything, the site disappeared and I couldn’t find my forms again. Today made up for it. It was a good experience, not a long wait. Kind staff and professional PA   I appreciated his thorough explanations and answers to my questions. He even called back to confirm more information about my diagnosis. I would recommend them to anybody needing urgent care!
