This organization has previously been impeccable all the way around. I am friends with with the owner . A fine wonderful caring person.  Today the back of the house woman who walked me the the examination room and the nurse practitioner could not have been more personal or professional: however while I would not normally submit a review with any negativity or criticism, today I feel I must. The front of the house meaning the young receptionist girl who is far more bonded w her computer screen communicated  with felt like a state of inner agitation, and has little to no people skills:  I was responded to w annoyance when asking to have my invoice explained as the fans in the waiting room prevented me hearing her well: although she spoke more to her computer screen than me: plus not seeming to take into account that she’s sitting behind an acrylic screen. Then as I mentioned I would let the owner of Minute medical know of my experience: I received a flick of her finger gesture towards me to the press “ yeah, whatever just go “. Terrible for the impression of how the patient’s are received first and last thing when going to a facility where folks may not be feeling well to begin with, and are there for healing.

Came in due to a work place injury. From reception, nurses, to the doctor, everyone was extremely helpful.

I did a pre employment physical there. The staff seemed very friendly. The receptionist was nice. The nurse was very professional and friendly. The doctor very caring and had a sense of humor! The clinic was very clean and comfortable. There awesome! Great experience. 🤙🏽

Fast for scheduling. No wait. Very clean office. A bit cold … need to turn air down some. The air speed. Friendly staff. All in all was very good. No complaints.

Friendly and efficient. I scheduled online but then they didn't want me to do a video visit si that was kind of annoying but other than that was good. Male ARNP for a female issue was very professional and respectful.

The front desk personnel and healthcare staff were all friendly and professional. Good communication.

The reservation system was great, no wait other than the normal fill out the forms rigamarole. Everyone was considerate and prompt. I was thinking I was going to go into a lobby and sit and sit and sit while I waited. Nope, went quite well and competent care.

everyone there was very helpful and nice will definitely be coming back for urgent care if needed. it was very easy to schedule an appointment also helpful if my primary doctor isn’t available.would definitely recommend going here if you need assistance right away
