Second day of feeling sick, so I went in to get tested. All appointments were full, so they put me on the wait list. Within 15-20 mins, they were able to accommodate me to be seen. Yes I would recommend this provider.

scheduled for an appointment online, upon checking in, was told they were just getting the room ready (lies!) 20 minutes later, asked the front desk, shouted back they had an emergency. No wonder she is having a bad day. Her bedside manner is that of a prison guard. A heads up would be better than the template phrase of "just getting the room ready", instead of provider is running late.

Called and quickly got on the wait list. 90 minutes later, I had a text telling me an appointment was available. Staff, techs, and physician were courteous and efficient. Care was excellent. Thank you!

I've been to this urgent care facility several times and have had the best of care. Highly, highly recommend this facility. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.

I have had to come to urgent care now several times. I have always found the staff to be extremely caring and supportive. They understand the situation took charge of my care from start to finish.

Came in with intense stabbing ear pain. The staff was amazing, but the nurse practitioner was not. The nurse practitioner made a point of telling me "every single thing about my inner ear that was causing me EXCRUCIATING pain looked fine to her". She's not an ear specialist and she's not a doctor. She does not even have the specialized tools needed to even determine if there is a blockage somewhere. She should know by the amount of pain I was telling her about that it was not fine. I would never have walked in this clinic if everything was fine. Pain IS a symptom that something is wrong. I felt like the nurse practitioner would have sent me away with nothing more than "come back again if it's still bothering you." I had to be insistent that there was something wrong and I suspected I had an ear infection deep in the inner ear or something wrong in the ear tubes before I was even prescribed ear drops. I suspect this particular nurse practitioner hears the word "pain" and thinks everyone is a drug seeker. I did NOT need pain pills nor did I ask for them or want them. What I asked for was eardrops to help me. She was condescending and it should have not been so hard

Scheduling and check in was Very convenient and staff was organized, attentive and reassuring. Overall, very enjoyable experience.
