Outstanding service.  The entire staff was very professional and efficient. Saw the Doctor, diagnosed and was in and out in 35 minutes. Absolutely recommend this Urgent Care.

Woke up with a UTI and tried to get an apt with Indigo on my phone but couldn’t. So I did a walk in.  Super super good people and saw me within 10 minutes of check in.   I have had really great help with indigo.  Thank you.

Making an appointment doesn’t make sense since the wait time is the same as a walk in.

I had a persistent cough. I made an appointment online. It was very easy! Upon checking in, the front desk associate was very welcoming and efficient. Nicole walked me into the exam room. She also was friendly & efficient. ARNP, Camhong Tran., examined me and ask if I needed anything else checked. She too, was friendly, concerned and efficient! I don’t want to be a frequent patient at Indigo, but if I were to have to go to an Urgent Care, again, I would be so happy to return to this Indigo! I loved my experience from online - visit - diagnosis. Yes, I would recommend this office to everyone in need of Medical help!

Late last night I noticed I needed to be seen for a skin issue, was able to make an appointment online for the next morning easily, and handled the paperwork online quickly ahead of time. When I got there the next morning, was able to get right in. Paul, the MA, was really kind and reassuring. Todd, the doctor, was also very prompt and knowledgeable. I’m glad at how painless and quick it all was.

80 minutes total. 47 minutes in wait time for a scheduled appointment, then 33 minutes in the room waiting. Total of less than 5 minutes with nurse and doctor combined. I’m just lucky my pharmacy was still open after the appointment.

I literally have nothing negative to say about my experience here! Absolutely amazing!

Had to wait way longer than I was told I would. There was no MD. Was seen by a nurse practitioner. No special care was provided. Not comparable with my previous experience at Swedish urgent care.

I went in due to a fever that I had for 4 days. I mentioned that I had Ovarian Cancer and that I also had bone pain in my shin. Every concern I had was dismissed and I was told to take Tylenol for my fever and no imaging was done. In fact, the nurse practitioner seemed like he thought I was overreacting. Jump forward to two days later, I ended up going to the ER because I had a 104 fever. They did a chest X-ray and a Tibia x-ray (both things I asked for at Indigo) and found out I had pneumonia and a lesion on my Tibia. These could have both been diagnosed at Indigo, days before, if the Nurse Practitioner was competent at his job.
