My appointment was on time. Much of the check-in was done prior to my visit.  The rest of the check-in was smooth and seamless. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and seemed concerned. Everything was explained to me, what the follow up should be. I would definitely recommend indigo Health MultiCare

They refused to provide an itemized bill for my HSA. I was instead told, "we don't do that, you have to contact billing" and provided a phone number.

Doc was great, very attentive and caring. Staff was great too!

Staff was great and caring, listened to me, prescribed me something that started working day of!  Only thing is, I agreed to pick up the prescription at the Safeway in the same parking lot, and had to wait 30-45 minutes :(. And the lady at the front counter at Safeway was NOT customer friendly, had a terrible attitude etc.  but my experience at the urgent care was great!

Decided to just “show up”. Staff was awesome, informative, went beyond just checking me in and checked nearby availability of appointments. Provider was fast and professional and very nice.  5 stars only because there were no 10’s on the rating chart.

Pleasant experience with friendly staff. Did not have any concerns or issues during my visit. I was a little early so had to wait a bit but was called by the MA just a minute OR 2 past my appointment time. Overall excellent care. Provider was patient centered. she took time to explain her differential diagnoses and recommendations.

They were great as usual to talk to and set up my appointment and most of all, kind.  Co pay was correct and wait time was to minutes and took time to listen and make sure to answer all my questions.

Our family to go place when no one is sick vs going into urgent care where certain protocols are not in place.  I really appreciate the cleanliness of Indigo locations.

Was having what I thought a nasal infection and was able to get in within a few hours from checking times online. The dr was great! Extremely nice and very informative. Wish she could be my PCP !

Woke up dizzy. Schedules an appointment and came in. Was met by a cheerful receptionist. Called me back right away. The nurse was professional and gathered the information needed. She was friendly, too. The doctor came in, did several tests to R/O stroke possibility, and then checked my ears to find the issue. Care was quick, efficient and I would recommend Indigo Care!
