Doctor didn’t prescribe me antibiotics - I kept getting worse until I went to another urgent care that gave me antibiotics and I felt better and had symptom improvement after just a day

First, I would like to commend Sabrina for her excellent assistance. She was very professional and efficient in helping us get started and ensuring that all the required paperwork was completed without issue. Her courteous demeanor made the process smooth and stress-free. However, I did have a concern regarding my experience at the front desk after completing the paperwork. When I returned to inform the front desk that I was finished, Sabrina was no longer there, and Sylvia was at the desk instead. Unfortunately, I had to wait for Sylvia to finish what appeared to be personal activity on her cell phone before she acknowledged my presence. Despite clearly seeing me waiting, she did not look up, greet me, or indicate that she would be with me shortly. This lack of acknowledgment and attentiveness did not feel professional, particularly in a healthcare environment where timely and courteous service is important. I would respectfully suggest that staff be reminded to refrain from using personal cell phones while on duty, especially at the front desk, and to ensure that patients and their families are acknowledged promptly. Personal phone use should be reserved for designated breaks and lunch periods. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback and for your attention to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all patients.

Booked an amazing virtual visit by indigo, was told that i needed to go in person to be seen. He explain with great scientific detail why i needed that specific thing done and said urgent care can do it quickly. i guess the PAs here don’t like that because as soon as i said i was advised by someone else she didn’t listen to a thing i said. told me to try something i told her i’ve been doing for the past 6 months, gave me no explanation why my virtual visits recommendation was incorrect and sent me on my way $250 short with the same issue i walked in with. do not book here unless you have something along the lines of a papercut, they can’t do anything else except send to you to someone who actually can.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

I had a frightening fall coming down a mountain from a rigorous hike and was pretty banged up. I was taken to Indigo Urgent Care and was seen right away due to the ease of making an appointment online.  The front desk staff, x-Ray technician, nurse and doctor were professional and kind. They made sure I was hydrated and was seen right away. The doctor completely made sure no bones were broken as I was swelling, bruising and bleeding in different parts of my body. I was really impressed with the care I received and I left knowing that Indigo is the best Urgent Care facility. I left feeling confident with the care received and am now recovering nicely.

I didn’t schedule ahead as I saw many open slots in the morning and just went for walk in appointment. Staff are nice and the X-ray results were quick. I got the care I needed.

I have been to this Urgent Care location several times. I always receive wonderful compassionate care. Great Drs. and staff. Highly recommend.

I walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Doing their online registration was complicated. It took 7 times before I got an approval number. The nurse was very friendly and attentive. The nurse practitioner listened to me as I have had this illness several times. I was able to quickly get a chest X-ray and then get appropriate medication. I was in and out within an hour. I will use them again.
