This is my absolute favorite urgent care ever. It’s incredibly clean and nicely decorated and the staff are all so nice every time I’ve gone. I was in and out within an hour and that was with X-rays. They really have a great team there. Thanks y’all!

Woke up this morning with back pain and spasms. After trying a few home remedies, I quickly realized I needed the advice of a medical professional. Went online to Indigo Urgent Care at Point Ruston and they had many appts available. I scheduled a time most convenient for my needs. I did have a short wait, but the staff saw I was in pain and were quick to offer hot packs. The staff are always very kind and considerate, they really take the time to listen. I will definitely refer my friends and family.

Arnp is very rude, dismissive and won’t listen to your concerns. When you ask a question about why something and not another because you know your body best she will tell you to just go to the er then. When you ask to speak to another provider she will close out the visit so the 2nd provider refuses to see you too. WORST service ever

Very friendly staff with providers and support staff that give you their time of day and listen to you. The PA Jordan was attentive and very knowledgeable. It’s nice she did not rush me out the door and toot her time to explain everything while addressing my concerns to make sure I understood everything during my visit. I so appreciate being seen on a weekend and being able to pre-schedule online instead of waiting for hours. If I had to wait until a weekday, I most likely would have been sicker. I appreciate that my concerns were taken seriously and that a chest x-ray was taken to ensure that I don’t have pneumonia.
