Front desk was a little testis and not there all.the time. But nurses and Dr were wonderful. Totally made up for front desk attitude. I did see people come in and leave because there was no one to help them

The doctor was great and she has an excellent memory from the last time I was sick. All the staff were friendly and caring on my visit. Stephen

I was asked what my symptoms were by the receptionist. When I told her, I felt like I was being judged. I feel receptionists should not ask the reason I’m coming in out loud for others to hear. I came in for a cold. Would the receptionist ask my symptoms in public if I had an STD?

I went to Urgent Care because I was sick for about three days. Not keeping a ything down. They went above and beyond! From the moment I walked in the door. Everything was explained and I was called back quickly. The nurse asked me your basic questions. When the doctor came in, she asked a few more questions. She was very nice and consetned for my health. Turned out I was severely dehydrated, and needed fliuds fast. They gave me an apple juice and a popsicle to help bring up my sugar levels and they recommended I go to the hospital to get an IV. They were very upset that they couldnt do it there in the clinic. They gave me some anti-nausea medication and sent me on my way. The doctor told me to try to drink as many fluids as I could and get some rest. If I didnt feel better by late morning, to get my butt to the hospital for fluids. Overall, I was very pleased with how they treated me and that they had compassion for my illness.

Staff and Junghee ARNP (she is awesome) were friendly and efficient

Typical waiting room experience, that’s where the 4 of 5 stars comes from. Polite and that was about it. ARNP Sena Kim on the other hand was amazing in her manner and observations of me that had nothing to do with what I originally came in for. This is the second ARNP at this location that has amazed me and let’s be clear, I don’t much care for hospitals and clinics.

The woman behind the desk was pretty stone-face and didn't even seem to want to look at me, but was cheery to other patients who entered and left so it made me feel singled out. My nurse and doctor were top notch, had bright auras and were generally a pleasure to be around. My doctor was very thorough with questions which made me feel like she was genuinely concerned and goes a long way for my personal peace-of-mind.
