Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, but once I got there I couldn't get in after ringing the bell and even called, probably because it's a holiday today; However, the website doesn't state that hours of operation would be altered today. I Rescheduled somewhere else.

Check in and everything was fine. The Doctor Who for my clogged ear. said he saw nothing as far as wax, but my ear was hairy. I explained to him that this has been going on and off for over 30 years. He did not have the proper. Equipment to flush out or suction out.He used this spray bottle with an attached hose spray water(that I have at home. )He did not put a towel around my neck. So water went down my neck and on my pants. I had to ask for a towel. Which he had to leave the room for. Then he told me he did not have what was needed to suck out what was in my ear. He left the room I sat there waiting. A woman came in. I went into another room with her . She took my vital. She brought me back into the room. I proceeded to wait and wait. Person came in and said oh he’ll be back in a moment. But happened again. Finally decided getting out of here nothing was done told me didn’t have the right equipment so what was I sitting there waiting for? I left with a clogged here and $75 less in my pocket.

The doctor told me nothing looked wrong with me. But, said I had an infection but gave me no medicine he told me to just leave it alone. My eyes for the last 2 days have both been infected I woke up in the morning with pink eye in both eyes. He didn’t help me at all because “I seemed fine”. He wanted me to look messed up in order to get help.

Just took money didn’t care to help. I was just asked questions to figure out my own problem. Wasn’t diagnosed or helped.

Everything was great. Everything was polite and respectful

Friendly, professional, compassionate health care. Nice to have on short notice. Not terribly expensive for self- pay, either.

I got an employment offer letter which required a drug screening, and I was able to walk over to this facility same day and complete my screening so easily. I completed the check-in process entirely on my phone which was amazing, and then I waited only maybe 2 minutes before they were ready. The sweetest lady in the world helped me, giving me clear guidance with urine collection and making me feel super comfortable. I wish I caught her name. Overall it was an awesome experience, brightened my day!

I was grateful there was an appointment to fit my schedule. The provider was excellent in diagnosing my problem. The staff was kind and friendly. I was in and out quickly and my prescriptions were ready when I arrived at the pharmacy.

My appointment was canceled because the provider called out sick and the clinic had to close early. No one called me because my appointment was entered incorrectly in the system. My confirmation and reminders were for today but when checking in, the receptionist told me that my appointment was scheduled in her computer as yesterday. So she never called me to ahead of time to tell me that the clinic would be closed. I only found out when I arrived. Ease of scheduling: 10/10 Efficiency and accuracy of scheduling: 0/10 Communication: 2/10 Staff friendliness: 9/10 Staff availability: 0/10 Care: 0/10 (if you know that you have frequent staff call outs, have some backup staff on standby. I really needed service today, but didn't trust you all enough to go to another location.

Firstly i waited 20 minutes to get my blood drawn it was no one ahead of me but 2 staff were arguing in the back. Once i got to the back she tried to take my blood in my left arm she stuck the needle in and didn’t hit a vain at all she stuck the same needle in a different spot (same arm) and missed my vain completely again.
