Scheduling and check-in was great. There was no wait time and everyone was very pleasant.  I think that the provider misdiagnosed me.  I tried to explain more about my symptoms and time line but the provider insisted that what I had was an infected bug bite on my elbow, but I’ve since learned it was elbow bursitis.  I had mentioned this and it was quickly dismissed.  For a $75 copay I would’ve liked more time spent to get to the bottom of all my symptoms and for a more thought out diagnosis. There was no one waiting so there was no need to rush my diagnosis and the provider could’ve asked more questions.

Thought I had a sinus infection, and hoped to be able to get an appointment. I was very pleased to be able to schedule ahead. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted, and was seen shortly after. My nurse practitioner asked excellent questions, and I felt he listened to my responses.  I would recommend this location to anyone needing care.

I was able to easily make a same day appointment and was seen shortly after I arrived. The Nurse Practitioner at the front desk was absolutely lovely. He had a great bedside manner and was attentive and professional. The doctor who saw me and the rest of the staff were also quite helpful.

Front desk guy was great. Provider was great. Nurse was taciturn, and never actually sent in my culture to figure out what I was sick with. I called four days later to discover nothing had happened. With the star system was more sophisticated to express this issue,

In Philly for a short stay and woke up with a severe migraine. I walked in for treatment and the staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was brief and care excellent.

I had an extremely negative experience at myDoc. Even though I scheduled an appointment online, it took 30 minutes to be first seen by a nurse, and another 45 minute wait to be seen by the doctor. I was in the office for over 2 hours. My intake nurse did not seem to know how to correctly take blood pressure, and tried to take it without pumping the arm band. She also could not correctly read any of my past medications and did not understand my chart. The doctor was dismissive of half of my symptoms (extreme fever & bad coughing), and only focused on my shortness of breath. When I shared I take daily allergy pills because I have a cat, he told me I should get rid of my cat and "its a shame to have another cat put onto the street". This was extremely insensitive, and medically incorrect. I've had my cat for several years and have never had an illness like this. To my knowledge, cat allergies do not cause a 3 day fever. Additionally the doctor initially sent in prescriptions with the incorrect dosage, and only found the error when sharing my final paperwork with me. This does not inspire confidence. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The care was inconsiderate and potentially harmful.

Amazing staff!!! Doesn’t even feel like you’re at urgent care. From receptionist, to nurse, to doctor. Everyone was so incredibly kind. Exactly what you need when you’re not feeling well.
