The location is clean, easy to get to with enough parking. The staff is very nice. The IV lounges are very clean and seating is comfortable. I am glad I decided to make an appointment.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Staff was kind. Provider listened to my thoughts and was able to help come up with a plan to help.

I was able to quickly make a same day appointment and fill out forms before I got to the facility. Staff was quick and courteous.  The facility is immaculate.  Happy with the care and follow up that I’ve received. Would highly recommend.

Had a bad poison ivy outbreak and was visiting from out of town. Easy online scheduling and paperwork so barely any wait. Wonderful staff from front door, nurse through practitioner. Got a prescription and was on my way. Will keep this in my phone in case I need medical treatment on a future visit to Houston. I recommend this urgent care.

NeuMed will now be my go to urgent care! Check-in was easy, no wait time and excellent professional staff. Everyone is so kind and responsive! The NP calls with results as soon as they come in and addresses any questions. Extremely personable!

I went in for sinus pain after an illness had mostly resolved but sinus pain had lingered and gotten worse. I was given a flu/covid test, told I have Covid, and sent on my way. I’d probably had Covid for a week by then and most symptoms had resolved outside of the sinusitis. Instead, I had five more days of pain before I could see a doctor elsewhere, get a sinus infection diagnosis, and get some medication. I likely won’t return to this location.

Was able to quickly schedule and be seen. Everything was u der an hour from the time I scheduled the appointment in my phone. Great urgent care option at a lovely office. Great staff.

My daughter suggested I try an IV for help with a nagging cold & cough. She scheduled it very quickly & easily and, when I got there I was seen immediately to be checked in and taken to a very comfortable treatment room. The nurse was just outstanding - efficient, concerned, friendly; the whole experience could not have been better. Overall quick and comfortable. And I did begin feeling better as the day went on. I would do it again, and recommend them highly
