Needed treatment for bronchitis and was given the medication needed. The nurse practitioner listened to my issue attentively and responded appropriately.

Had a bad cough walked in at 6:50pm got out within an hour. Scheduling was fast and easy. Check in the same. Staff very friendly even though it was end of their shift. The PA was wonderful made sure I walked away feeling better. Highly recommend this clinic.

I was able to easily make an appointment which really saved me time! I was put in a room very close to my appointment time and the doctor was there quickly. She was very thorough and very helpful!

Although I was able to make a quick appointment, the service was awful. The staff were not friendly and did not go out of their way for anything. The girl who took my blood pressure and temperature was very sweet and so was the nurse practitioner, but no one else in the office had any sort of personality or communication skills. They wanted me to have chest x-rays done, but because their computers were down, they couldn’t do it. While the computers were down, the patients were not kept apprised of the situation or told what was being done to remedy the problem. We were just left sitting there - even in the exam room. When I went to the restroom, the water in the sink was ice cold! I gave it a few minutes to warm up but it never did. Again -  ice cold! In addition, the restroom is where they kept their plastic cups for urine specimens, which were stacked on the shelves in extremely close proximity to the toilet.  Overall score - D minus at best.  PS Every time I try to submit this review Although I was able to make a quick appointment, the service was awful. I woke up feeling very sick. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The only downfall was that I was unaware that their system had gone down and that the actual time of my appointment wasn’t gonna be the time of my appointment. I ended up waiting a little over two hours before getting seen. Obviously that was not their fault, but it would’ve been nice to have been told that when I checked in so that I could have made a more informed decision as to whether or not to stay. However, they more than made up for it with the amazing care I received. The provider listened to all of my concerns and was very attentive and made me feel at ease. The nursing staff was very kind and empathetic and very professional. And the front office staff was very accommodating and very polite and professional during my visit. I would highly recommend them and I would go back again. Should something come up when I’m away from home

Runny nose headache body aches but a lot better today thanks Staff and doctor nurses they were excellent

I come on a regular basis and I am always treated very graciously and get my care. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and my care is exemplary.  I am very appreciative of them. I would recommend them to others.
