I was experiencing severe muscle aches, primarily in my left leg. I looked online and the earliest available appointment was 11:30. The website identified walk-in appointments were still available. I did walk-in and was seen within 20 minutes. The office staff was kind and helpful. The doctor was informative and explained things very clearly. When needed, this is my go to Urgent Care facility.

I tried taking my son in for sinus infection. Apparently this UC is NOT walk-in. I went one 2 mins from my house and got turned away because I didn't have an appointment. Then I called two other locations. Same thing, no walk-ins. The last location was 20 min away. My son was checked for strep even though his main complaint was facial pain , bad smelling mucus and headache. The provider dismissed symptoms because strep came back negative. He did not complain of a sore throat and he knew he didn't have strep because he gets it often and knows how he feels when he has it. Provider said it was just something viral. We went to another UC a couple days later. They said he did have a sinus infection and gave him an antibiotic.
