Everything went well. Got in and out very quick. The people that work a urgent care are attentive and explain what is going on with you

No one was at the office when I arrived, door was locked, tried calling said to call back later. Called the next day same thing. Went to the office and the door was locked again. I’m done….

Out of town the day before thanksgiving and I end up with laryngitis. Trying to get an appointment somewhere near home before the holiday. Was able to set an appointment online 15 minutes before closing. Having been in the customer service industry for over a decade, we all are unhappy with the customer that shows up 5 minutes before closing. The staff here were exactly the opposite. I apologized for coming in that late but they would t hear any of it. They were extremely nice and got me exactly what I needed. Kudos all around for sticking it out and finishing the job right.

Ease with scheduling, felt exam was not completely thorough in nature, did not address all symptoms, frontdesk help was minimal, unable to provide answers to charges, not given bill at exit, thus no transparency

I walked in with hives all over my body. The lady at the front desk kept trying to get me to go the the ER. i said no I’ll wait. She said there was one ahead of me I said i understand. The staff in back worked so quickly. i was greeted by the most polite smiles

We usually like to go there, but lately the staff has changed. Very poor experience at the front desk with someone checking in wearing ear pods listening to something, it feels like we are bothering. I had an appointment at 12pm and was seen way after 1:30 with a toddler, the wait time didn’t end there, after seeing the nurse, it took another 30 min to see the doctor.  Everything is very slow.  The front guy again, after calling him on the check out side told me he was waiting for me on the check in side, but leaving me hanging there. What kind of service is that?  Anyway I can understand the wait when there is a low staff but don’t get to take an appointment and wait for all the walk ins to go before us. I will surely go to another urgent care next time I’m in need.

For my CDL Medical Exam at NextCare, great medical care was provided by great staff !!!

Everyone was great. Extremely expensive. Double UC Health urgent care.
