Great service and care. Everything went smoothly until the wait for the radiologist to look over the X-ray. That took quite awhile. This is my second time here & I will be back.

Had X-rays taking was told I’d receive a call later that day of results which I never received called the next morning and was told they would have my results in an hour and call me with results  Again no call on results

Everything went exceedingly well. Great place! Wait time was great!

Staff was friendly helpful. Explained everything and answered questions.

Was able to walk in and be seen within 30 min. No problem staff was friendly and got what I needed right away.

Services were excellent in all areas! I have been there 2 times and both times I was satisfied in all areas. The staff were awesome.

Scheduling was probably off some. But that is very difficult for anyone to time because each patient will often come up with more questions as the appointments is in progress.  Checking  ln was smooth and effective.  The staff was all friendly and business like.  All of my questions were answered and I was given some valuable information,  that I hadn’t known before the appointment.  Yes I would recommend this provider.

Scheduling an appointment on line was easy and doing all the paperwork and ID verification was better online then at the office. Even with an appointment scheduled I still had to wait about an hour before getting called back to a room. Still better than 3-5 hours at ER. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Staff was great, kind and helpful. Over all experience was great.

Had a hard time understanding the Dr. very broken English.

It was about a 2 hour wait. The doctor didn't look at what I was concerned about. I was concerned about my sore throat and my deep cough after someone at work had bronchitis, which was not addressed at all. He inspected my ears. Not my throat or nose. He said I just had congestion and to get a humidifier if I could afford it. And if I couldn't afford medicine then to just take hot showers. I believe my interaction with doctor was 1 minute, if that. I've never had an issue with your doctors but I felt like I was completely pushed aside and don't have my concerns addressed. Extremely disappointed with the doctor and felt like I wasted my money. The other members of your staff are fantastic, but the doctor was very disrespectful and disappointing.
