First visit a week ago prior to this visit for a spider bite resulted in a staff infection in my arm. Dr Prescribed antibiotics for 10 days. On the 7th day I had an allergic reaction to meds, returned to a NextCare, paid $135 combined with $75 first visit for a follow up, expensive! Given a steroid shot, watched for a short while, then released…within 15 mins leaving I threw up multiple times, migraine got worse, could not eat or drink for over a day, still struggling to eat or drink. Could not afford to go back, if I was watched for at least 30 mins after the steroid shot, I would have had care to ask what was going on. Worst experience by a very nice staff of people. I believe if they weren’t so busy, they may have explained more about the meds, visit one a kept me longer visit 2. Instead, of having explained my meds visit one, my pharmacy explained. Too many meds made me sick, I should have not had a second visit and paid so much money for health care. I lost a day of work and unnecessary sickness due to reactions.

Scheduling an appt is so much better with your new system! The fact that you retain patient information and perform autofill on your forms really speeds up the process. Like the SOLV app too. Thanks for streamlining the whole admittance process. Staff and NP’s were great, professional and friendly to talk too. Rupert Loza

I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism X-Ray tech Bryan displayed. I was having a terrible day and dreading my urgent care experience but Bryan listened to my concerns and modified my position in the X-ray machine to make the process more confortable. Bryan even walked me back to my exam room and brought me water. He was so kind and caring. Additionally, PA-C Katie Ralon had amazing bedside manner. She listened to what was going on with me and even outlined her concerns of my health for me to follow up with my primary care physician. I would highly recommend this location based on my experience with both my provider and X-Ray technician.

Our son cut his head playing volleyball. We were able to get an appt online and they had us in within 10 minutes of the appointed time. Doctor was friendly and answered all questions. Four stitches and we were out in an hour. Great experience.

I made an appointment because I had a shard of metal lodged in my cornea. The office got my information, charged my credit card and I waited for quite a while only to be told they don’t have the tools to remove it and I need to go to emergency. I should have been informed of this as soon as I arrived instead of using it as an opportunity to bill me for an unnecessary exam when they were aware that they could not help me and that it was an emergency. Do not recommend.

Terrible! They tried hitting me with collections that insurance would have covered from 2 years ago making it seem like they weren’t going to see me and brought back other patients even though my appointment was before theirs. The dr was so incredibly rude and condescending she wouldn’t listen to my concerns told me that she can help me with one thing. Very discouraging when you’re sick. I don’t even feel comfortable going to this dr I would stay away because she thinks she knows it all and started assuming what I did to get sick. Said it was probably Covid when I knew it wasn’t I already was tested. Made me wait in the waiting room pretty sure she forgot about me then tells me forget the x ray we will just treat it as an upper respiratory infection after scaring me about pneumonia. Kept asking me if I smoke which I don’t but I work in a restaurant with a smoker I’m around all the time and told me I was lying. Healthcare is getting worse and worse it makes you not trust drs and her I really don’t trust. She’s the person who knows it all and no dr does well thinking they just know everything without ruling things out.
