I think it’s important to know they are not set up for ultrasounds or ct scans etc. so if you have something that requires more labs or scans hitting er where they do have it all right there is a better option.

Upon arrival the staff was very helpful and my appointment was on time. The medical staff was very easy to talk to. I have used this clinic several times and and am very pleased with the outcome.

I really like the female doctor that I seen she asked a lot of questions and seemed to really care about what was going on . I would go back to her again

The experience in the urgent care as a healthcare professional myself, was extraordinary! My special thanks to the nurse and physician assistant, who are exceptional! (Please reward them, as I’m sure they have many busy days and trials!)

Everything was good. EXCEPT  I should have had two prescriptions called in and two days later still do not have the second one.   I did call the office to report the error

it was horrible, i went in because im terribly sick, left with a prescription inhaler, no diagnosis of any kind or anything, next day i go to the hospital turns out i have crazy pneumonia.

We are traveling and I was able to get in quickly for what I’m sure is developing into an ear infection.  I’ve had the exact same thing happen to the other ear a few months ago, but the nurse practitioner didn’t seem to care about what I had to say.  She told me repeatedly it was allergies when I have never had an allergy reaction of this kind in my life.  So I’m doing everything she recommended  and two days later now, my jaw is still killing me.  I’m looking forward to my ear drum bursting and a major infection that will cause loss of hearing for a couple of months.

All great got in very early. I had called ahead and then an appointment all set up. They were very polite prompt the place was clean. It looked really nice. The people were very professional. If I had to come here again I would tell everyone this is the place to be his top-notch.

I wanted to be seen via Face Time or Zoom.   But just couldn’t be done .  Not sure if it was on my end or yours!  After several attempts.  I just went in to my location up here.   It all worked out ok and I saw the NA on call there.  Got the scripts and left to get them filled.

Got online and scheduled my appointment. Wait wasn't too long, they tell you if others are ahead of you. She confirmed my diagnosis, sent prescription to my pharmacy and I was out the door.
