Despite scheduling an appt., it took me 5 hours to get through the visit. I expected a wait, I guess I didn’t expect that long of a wait. Everything else was quite good, it is just hard to overcome waiting five hours when you feel miserable. I do understand everyone was doing all they could, but if I were assessing performance for the day I would want to know why more staff couldn’t have been made available. Seems as if everyone would benefit from increased staff presence.

Like the online check in and the app. Because I can wait in my car and present when is closed to be called

The doctor any staff where excellent helped make me comfortable.i will return if I have another problem

Scheduling online was a breeze. The wait time for having a pre-made appointment was horrible. Was called back within the hr but sat in a room for almost an hr before being moved to another room. Once in that room, the nurse and nurse practitioner that saw me were great. No complaints other than the nurse taking the vitals had very little help and too much on her plate. She handled her job well, but just couldn't be focused on us at that moment. The biggest issue I have with this visit outside of the time frame it took (about 3 hours), the receptionist that checked us in was very dry, unpersonable, and rude. I was already aggravated at why I had to go in, then how long it was taking after having an appointment, and with her demeanor, it was ruining my experience with nextcare to the point where I would recommend anyone else to seek medical help elsewhere.

This office was disgusting and needs to be cleaned.

Really disappointed in how this location has gone downhill. I had an appointment and ended up having a 4 hour wait. The inside was dirty and worn. I needed a test and medicine. All together, I coulda been helped in 20 minutes. I will be looking for a new urgent care.

Booking an appointment does nothing, you better off walking in because they don’t respect scheduled appointments. Everyone who walks in will be seen before anyone who schedules an appointment. It’s no way I schedule for 12:46 and don’t get seen till 3:05 while I watch everyone who walked in after me get seen. If that’s the case take away appointments, it’s unprofessional.
