They are normally pretty good & efficient. But, today I had to wait more than an hour-and-a-half past my appointment time to be seen and I left two hours after my appointment. That’s too long for Urgent Care!

Woke up Sunday morning very painful sore throat. Was out of town and came back early. So thankful you were open on Sunday. And able to get me in with only an hour wait, the office sent electronic prescription orders over to my pharmacy and I was able to pick them up on my way home. So thankful there was someone open and able to get me in

Had irritated right eye.  Checking in with Marlene was easy.  She was very welcoming and the same was true with Jeri! Very nice and courteous staff!   The provider was great. My experience there is always positive

### 1-Star Review: Completely Wasted Time and Effort – No Diagnosis, No Explanation I went to this clinic/hospital hoping for answers to my ongoing health issues, but it was an utter waste of time and money. As a patient, the least I expected was a clear diagnosis or some insight into what's wrong with me. Unfortunately, the doctors were completely unable to identify my illness – they ran tests but came up empty-handed every time. Even after receiving the test reports, the doctor (a she) has been unresponsive. She hasn't bothered to explain the results or follow up on what might be happening to me. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you're dealing with unexplained symptoms, look elsewhere – this place left me more confused and ignored than when I arrived. Avoid if you value your time and peace of mind!

Got an x-ray at Northern Arizona radiology on Thursday 6 days ago ? What do I do now concerning this x-ray? Malina, Manager at NextCare telephoned yesterday (09/09/2025) and I was unable to get her phone number before the message disappeared on text. Malina's phone number starts with 928-286- ?. Would Urgent Care please inform David J. Smith of Malina's complete telephone number?

It's not urgent care if you call with an acute complaint and can't be seen till the following day. By the time I got the antibiotics the swelling had tripled.

The two ladies that helped me once I was seen were great! Very friendly and helpful. The gal who was I believe the receptionist(sits at the check in window) was very unfriendly and short with me. She seemed like she either was having a bad day or hates her job. Everyone else and the quality of service was great overall. Thanks

I needed medical attention. The first Urgent Care didn’t take insurance cards. The pharmacist at Walgreens recommended NextCare. The check in was quick. The MA was friendly and very patient with me on giving a sample. The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable. Try this place.

No communication. Front staff rude. Lack of transparency.
