Best experience I have had here in years and I already enjoyed the facility. Exceptional bedside manner and attention to detail about my medication allergies and more. I was blown away and am so thankful I went in. I am already feeling better and it was fast, friendly, clean and the online scheduling from my phone and organization is 10/10. World class experience! The techs for the x ray were both so very kind and respectful and understanding. The intake nurse who did my temp was very authentically kind and concerning. The PA who saw me was just so thorough, friendly and fast. She explained the benefits of each medication and the next steps. Paperwork was thorough and given to summarize. I never take the time to fill out surveys but this team and facility was way beyond my expectations and what they do makes a huge difference for people who are ill and already feeling their worst. Please thank them all for treating me like a human and making sure my care was thorough and complete. It really made a significant difference in how I felt when I left and went home to feel better.

I didn’t make an appointment but I was able to to be seen with very little wait time.   Excellent Al the way.

I scheduled a 5 pm appointment . I expected to be seen accordingly however had to wait quite a long time in reception although I arrived early . We then had to wait about 30 minutes in the actual care room before anyone came in. Care was excellent and no complaints at all about the care or staff . Just the wait time was inconsiderate . If you make appointments please be respectful of other’s time by being on time or at the very worst 10-15 minutes behind schedule .

Knew I had a sinus infection, the staff cared and assisted with check-in since i was not at my best. The visit was very respectful, meds ordered to my pharmacy. I would recommend this prompt care to everyone.
