What patients are saying...

Woke up feeling extremely sick with ear pain. Wait time was not bad but providers bed side manner can improve. I was able to hear everything the provider said before walking in the room. Found out I had Covid by overhearing the provider making a joke about Covid. Requested urine to be tested for uti but he said it wasn’t necessary due to having to take antibiotics for ear infection. He then proceeded to say we can do it to  check if I’m pregnant. During check-in, I clearly stated I have an IUD. When given paperwork to be discharged paperwork did not show antibiotics were sent to pharmacy and still did not have me leave a urine sample. When staff went to go verify, I can overhear the providers conversation, stating if I wanna leave pee I can and it was a system error the antibiotics were not there. Staff needs to be more aware that patients can hear conversations even with the door closed.

Dr Nestazia Khamis is the best! She cares about her patients and takes the time to listen to my concerns.  I hope my next visit is with her.

Whoever took my covid test told me to sneeze over there if I’m gonna sneeze! I didn’t sneeze but I’m sure people don’t sneeze on her on purpose and if that’s the cause join a different field or put on some PPE

I made an appointment on Thursday, for Friday at this location because they had the capability to do x-rays. I got in. They x-rayed my hands and I talked to the doctor and everything was great. I would absolutely go back to this place anytime all the time if it was closer. But if I need an x-ray, this is where I’ll be headed!

Been dealing with my illness for a couple days and decided to go in after I was unable to sleep and the 24 hour location was relatively close to my residence. I figured there were benefits to going in at 1am as well since there wasn't a long wait listed on your website. Your check-in staff and medical assistant taking my vitals were courteous. A couple tests were conducted and my illness confirmed. My original complaints included discomfort in my head, chest, ears and such. The Provider came in and wasn't very personable, told me I had Strep Throat and only looked in my throat and listened to my chest breathing for about 3 seconds. I was told a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy (which I confirmed about 3x's during my visit). I even asked if he wanted to look in my ears due to me having discomfort with them. I was told no, as "it's all part of my respiratory infection". It would have been nice to know if my ears were also infected by my illness because I was miserable, but it didn't happen.  A few minutes after returning to the waiting room, I was provided the discharge instructions and told my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. Well, that didn't happen.  After allowing a couple hours for the pharmacy to process any request after their opening time, I went there to learn that they never received a prescription request from Nextcare. I called the location to straighten out the matter. It was confirmed that a prescription was never sent in by the provider and I was asked if one was supposed to be. When I told them "yeah" based on my diagnosis, one was supposed to be. An On-duty provider now would have to call in the prescription as it's now 10 hours approximately after my visit. I was told I would be called back to confirm when a prescription was sent in. That never happened. Luckily, my pharmacy texts me with status updates when they receive and fill any orders for me, or else I would still be waiting for a callback. Bad Customer Service! In a time when I can pretty much diagnose myself over Google but can't due to an RX being needed, I wish this provider would have taken the extra 30 seconds to look in my ears and take care of me sufficiently by calling in my RX as promised so I didn't experience any additional delays.  I've used Nextcare on multiple other occasions for my family and know the service provided could have been better.

I had excruciating ear pain and from what I could tell was one of the only people there, I waited in the patient room for almost an hour. Just for the provider to come in be unfriendly and check my sick ear and then my well ear. So hopefully I don't get an ear infection on the other side. Gave me very little information and then I was sent on my way
