Came in for a bad sinus infection, waited for around 2 1/2 hours but can't complain cause that's pretty standard but staff was extremely friendly and caring and my doctor was very helpful and kind and she was cute so that's a plus. All in all a great experience

Wait time was fine and practitioners were professional. It took several hours for the pharmacy to receive my prescription, which was frustrating.

i was told i was checked in at 12:30 since i had made an appointment the girl at the front told me she had me checked in, and as time went by everyone else went before me, just to find out i wasn’t checked in after almost two hours.

My only concern with my appointment was that despite my listing it on my check-in paperwork and the MA writing it down, they sent my prescription to a pharmacy over 20 miles from where I requested it sent. Because of traffic it took me 30 minutes to get to where I thought I was picking it up. That pharmacy offered to call and have the script transferred to them, but I wouldn't have been able to get the antibiotic until 24 hours later. Given that I needed to start the medcation, I opted to drive another 25 miles to pick it up. The care was good, but it was a very frustrating experience, when I wasn't feeling well to begin with.

Wait time was short. Facility was clean and everyone was friendly. Was treated great. Thank you.

Best experience I have had here in years and I already enjoyed the facility. Exceptional bedside manner and attention to detail about my medication allergies and more. I was blown away and am so thankful I went in. I am already feeling better and it was fast, friendly, clean and the online scheduling from my phone and organization is 10/10. World class experience! The techs for the x ray were both so very kind and respectful and understanding. The intake nurse who did my temp was very authentically kind and concerning. The PA who saw me was just so thorough, friendly and fast. She explained the benefits of each medication and the next steps. Paperwork was thorough and given to summarize. I never take the time to fill out surveys but this team and facility was way beyond my expectations and what they do makes a huge difference for people who are ill and already feeling their worst. Please thank them all for treating me like a human and making sure my care was thorough and complete. It really made a significant difference in how I felt when I left and went home to feel better.

The staff was so nice and caring. Was in and out in a timely manner. Been coming here for years.
